We just made a new addition to the family... a 2008 Harley Davidson FXDB Dyna Street Bob that we bought from Forman Harley Davidson and Buell in Stillwater, Oklahoma. We are slowly breaking her in, paintin her nails, etc... putting our twist on her. I'm already in love.

We are still in build mode with our 76 shovelhead. She is a true blue "chopper" in that not only is she raked, damn near every piece of her is cut, modified, dug out of other's bike trash, hand made, or gifted from friends. My ol man was starting to lose faith and getting desperate to ride... then on Father's Day we went to look at the bikes in Stillwater and decided to make a purchase. This is his first "new" bike and he is loving being able to jump on and ride without having to fix something first.

On the Dyna, since Father's Day we have added a set of bags that were given as a gift a few years ago, powder coated the horn cover and the air cleaner cover wrinkle black.

Several years ago, I made a medicine bag for my husband for his bike, so we tied that on the handle bars and put on the ride bell I got him for our anniversary. The ride bell is designed like the "liberty bell" with a bullet clapper made by Jamestown Bronze in Jamestown, NY.

I am married to a wonderful man. We have been together since 2001 and legally married for 3 years. We are both recovering alcoholics and drug addicts and met eachother in a 12 step group. He is the first man that made me want to work hard for a successful relationship. He makes me want to be a better woman. I am so desperately in love with him. I do fantasize about his demise from time to time when he's giving me crap, but he has a way of distracting me with his humor and loving ways.

I have two beautiful daughters. My oldest daughter's dad bailed out on her when she was a baby. My husband has loved her as his own since the beginning of our relationship and adopted her shortly after our marriage. My youngest is very lucky to have a father in her life that has fought quite hard to be in her life. Of course, I am not happy that he lied in court to accomplish his custody situation, but I am very grateful that she has a dad that is willing to go to any lengths for her. That is a blessing.

I like all kinds of movies really... anything from your stupid chic flicks to the latest Rocky and Rambo movies. I love a good horror movie and love to be scared, but seldom find a movie that does that to me.

I have a pretty eclectic taste in music as well. I like a little bit of everything. If you were to look in my IPod, you would find classic rock, classical piano, Willie Nelson and Johnny Cash, The Beastie Boys, Hard Metal, and Christian music... just to name a few.

I love to draw and make things with clay. I seem to be drawn toward making naked women... I think that is partly because I think the female body is amazing and also because I am a woman and know a female body better than anything else. When I draw or do clay, it is usually a "self portrait" of some degree. It may or may not look like me, but at a minimum, the feeling expressed is a piece of me. Other than the art, I love to ride. I don't think I need to explain that part.
