I grew up in rural southeastern PA, played football in college (until the knee said screw it) and served in Uncle Sam’s Steel Yacht Club. Recently, I grew tired of the cold weather and my old job so we moved to Key Largo in March of this year.
I've been riding since I was a kid and then had a long layoff because I was an idiot and married badly...almost 14 years worth of badly. One day the light finally came on...I regained my freedom, met my current wife (thank God) and the rest is H-I-S-T-O-R-Y.
I've been married to this awesome lady for going on 11 years and now she finally has her first bike. Between us we have “The Brady Bunch”. Three are grown (physically anyway, the jury is still out on the mentally part) and three are teenagers (who we haven't decided on whether to let them reach adulthood or not).
During my career in the Navy (2 Submarines/1 Cruiser and some shore tours), I lived in San Diego CA, Chicago IL area (twice), New London CT, Orlando FL, Idaho Falls ID, Charleston SC, Saratoga Springs NY, Indianapolis IN and Virgina Beach VA (twice). I had the pleasure of setting foot in all but 4 states (AK, OR, WA and HI but they are on my list). I was also very fortunate to see a whole lot of Europe, the Med and the Caribbean. But you know, even though Uncle Sam sent me to over 25 different countries, where I met mostly great people and ate food that was often difficult to identify and that names I still can’t pronounce to this day…there is absolutely no place like the Good Ole U. S. of A so...Support our Armed Forces because they are out there supporting YOU and if you already do...Thanks, you're a Damn Fine American.
Oh and did I mention that I am a DIEHARD, BLEED MIDNIGHT GREEN PHILADELPHIA EAGLES FAN.
