Got back from Sturgis - it was fabulous btw!!! - looked at my back tire and was SHOCKED to see that there was not a drop of tread left on it!  I thought to myself, "What the @#%&@...I just put a new tire on my bike in May!!!!"  Then I added up the miles I've ridden since May - 10,000 miles in the past four months!!!  I couldn't believe it - but then I felt better about putting ANOTHER new tire on my bike!!!

I've noticed that the daylight is dwindling away about 7:30-8:00 these days and am already getting depressed about winter coming...it feel like summer just got here!!!!  What the heck!? Once my daughter graduates high school, I am heading for some southern state where its warmer and I can ride my bike more months of the year!!!
