Recession ????? not in my neck of the woods. In fact after several years of running a sole proprietorship, I finally incorporated my business, due to the increase of business and the risk factors of financing jobs in hopes I get paid, I decided it was time to protect my personal property plus get some tax advantages...thus corporation.

Now I can have the big board meetings.....out of town events.....sell shares......elect board members....watch out Trumph....OLH is moving on up.....
