Member of the Christian Motorcyclist Association since May of 2006. Life is short as I've learned when I suddenly became a widow a little over 3 years ago. That's when I decided to do some of the things I've always wanted to do, but never took the time to. And here I am with a motorcycle. Only had my own bike for a little over a year, and with the help of friends started learning to ride my backyard. Before then I was just a passenger, but have been wanting my own bike since I was 17). Then I started venturing further and further. Now it's hard to keep me off it. I'm totally addicted to riding my bike wherever I go.
My faith has brought me through a lot and is very important to me, so I try to put the Lord first in whatever I do. God has given me the strenght and comfort I needed to keep me going when nothing else would. He also brought new friends into my life to encourage me.
God determines who walks into your life, but it's up to you who you let walk away, who you let stay, and who you refuse to let go. My late husband will always have a special place in my heart, but I also know that the Lord will bring that person into my life that He wants me to spend the rest of my life with, and I will know who he is when I meet him. Until then I'll take one day at the time.
