Well if they found no evidence from the parking lot camera or anywhere else at the Target store(which they didn't) it is more likely the two teens messed with him in some way. It is probably pretty likely he was following to get plate numbers, talk to parents or something of that nature. In the back hardly qualifies self-defense now does it?

Did I read this correctly? The guy shoots him *in the back*... and then claims "self-defense"?? What the hell is wrong with this picture?

Whatever the reason He followed them home, Dad did not have a reason for shooting  someone. I agree He should be charged with Murder. Why could'nt He just ask the Guy what was going on.

Yeah, this is maybe 20 miles from my house.  He needs to be charged with murder, & DC is right, the probably started it, its right there at UGA, you know about some college girls

Yeah,  this dumbass lives in my state.  Unfuckingbelievable!!  I'm willing to bet the 2 girls flashed some tits or cut him off or pulled in front of him and then flipped him the bird.  He might have decided to follow them home so he could tell their parents how fucked up they drive a car. Who knows.  The good part is, the dumbass father is going down for murder.
