Hot hot hotter then HELL

We woke up Saturday morning knowing it was going to be another scorcher,so up early and hit the road.No more scenic routes or pit stops we decided to make it all the way back in one day.As we left North carolina with the fondest of memories and almost nothing in our pockets.lol.We headed onto 95 North and hit the fuckin oven all over again.We did stop alot more for beverages and we made it to richmond virginia when we could not take the heat anymore,So went to an olive Garden for a bite and some AC.They took us in really fast and took our order and then we jokingly asked for a couple of ice buckets and towels,Would you belivee it we got them, four nice pitchers of ice cold water and 5 towels we looked like arabians with the towels on our heads but we were cool,We left and thanked them for the excellent time, back to the bikes and it was still fuckin hot.So did what any hard core biker would do,Yup that's right we went to the movies for some more AC.We saw the new Indiana Jones movie which was good except for the tarzan scene and the harley that was supposed to be vintage but was brand new,electric start and an evo engine,come on spielberg spent some money on this movie he could've came up with a vintage bike to ride.It was cooling down and we went for it all the way into washington DC ,we figured we could be home by 3AM but the skies would not let us,They opened up to a great lightning show which we saw from under an overhang and from what we heard from back home it was not going to let up till morning.We found the 1st motel off the hwy and hit in for the nite,I'm sure some parts of DC are very nice but not this part,we did have some fun with some other guests at the hotel but it still will never be a place I would want to go to.Wake and bake time to go all the way home.Got there alittlle after 4 in the afternoon,Total miles for the trip 1993.It was a great time and I'm looking forward to either Key west or colorado next year.thanks for reading and enjoy the ride!

700 miles for a lap dance

Man the heat wave has hit us full force here in Charlotte over 95 degrees closing in on 99.We decide to take an extra day in Charlotte. Now let me back track abit, we did have on friend back in New York that could not leave his job for the week but wanted to go for the weekend. We will now and forever call him Super Biker. Super Biker left New York by himself and rode down the 700 so miles just to party with us for the weekend. He left weds. And made it down on Friday and when he got here we didn’t disappoint him. While we were waiting we did the pool thing all day and then he arrived we went to dinner where my friends’ wifes’ band was playing , A really cool bar on the water, great food and the women were very easy on the eyes. Knowing that a couple of us play music she invited us up to jam and what a night it was starting out to be. Now this was fun but not what Super Biker was looking for, so off we went to find the finest in adult establishment that Charlotte has to offer, can’t say what went on but Super Biker still has an evil smile when we talk about the trip. It really was a very hot day and night so we went to bed early (in the morning that is)

Today is the Day, I've been looking forward to ,(riding this dragon) for awhile and I can't wait to get there.3 of the guys in our group have riddin her before and really were not to much in a hurry to ride her again, the other 3 could not wait to get her. But 1st a stop for breakfast, we don't plan on much for this trip so when the road Capt. sees a spot we must be ready to turn and this was not exception, a glimpse in his eye and a really fast sharp right turn for us and we are there, The million dollar view restaurant. As we pulled over one of us was still a little groggy for last nite and as he went to put the stand down, oops his bike and him went the other way, He must of watch the safety video on how to fall, cause it was a perfect roll .At little embarrassed and nothing broken- off to eat we went. Into the Blue ridge parkway and we road all morning, till we notice some of the group was gone, we backed track and sure enough our first and only breakdown of the trip, one of the bikes nuts from his exhaust come loose and lost the connection to his pipes, we were able to loosen one of the back nuts off and put on the front to hook the pipes up temporarily. And off to the dragon, we got there and the guys found a bike shop. We waited in the rest area for them to get back ,while we were there we ate again and heard off the speaker that some one ran off the road and into a ditch seems that happens a lot cause they seems unfazed by the news. As I watched all the bikes roaring back I also noticed a lot of cars and campers and trucks rollin by, the website was right two way traffic on the dragon could be dangerous. The Guys got back and I could not wait any longer off I went barreling down the 1st straight away until the 1st turn(318 turns 11 miles)wow slow down. after the 3rd turn I really got into it, yeah it's an hd but she took the turns great .when all was said and done I got off at the end and waited for the rest of the group ten minutes later they started out of the tail ,I told you I was moving and loved every minute and turn. We left thrilled we all made it out alive and headed to our next destination, Charlotte, NC..As we rolled into town they had a huge festival going on, and it figures that was where all the hotels were. we got a place and the (silly fools) place us in a room that led to the swimming pool (only if you climbed out the window) lol.I have two friends in nearby fort mills SC and we were going to hook up for late nite activities.Everybody seemed really nice to us so far on this trip, I mean ever time we wanted to use the pool or hot tub everybody that was there were nice enough to leave us to use the facility, I was very impressed with there hospitality. Darkness approached and we hooked up with our friends from SC and they begin to show us the finest evening activities Charlotte has to offer. Even though the clubs close at 2 am we still didn't get back to the our hotel till morning.

Everything was going just like every other morning on this trip UNTIL we pulled into a gas stop. Now everywhere we stopped people were asking about our trip and just chewing the fat with us(what a concept communicating with someone) just to kill the time and maybe learn something new about people or nothing at all )and this was like every other stop .This Tall ,long white haired good old boy started asking about our trip and we asked for the fastest way to the Blue Ridge Parkway and he told us, but after awhile talking about the NY Yankees,(seems that he had traveled a lot and latched onto the yankees when he was up north )he said we seemed the type to enjoy a nice slow winding road to our destination. We saddled up and took off on his rt. Mind you not more than a ½ mile into the road we all was wondering if he called some friends to go pick up a bunch of bikes ,sorry it is just the new york in us. But he sent us on a great road just like he said very rural and very scenic farms, cow, horses, etc..We did make it to the Parkway and we left tennesse behind when we were welcomed by the North Carolina state sign and the roads again were amazing,then about 15 minutes into the road we came but to the welcome to Tennesse sign,Hmm,we asked our road capt. If we were going the right way and he just said welcome to the mountains boyz, ENJOY.(by the way never ask the road capt. if your going the right way) and we did. All the way into Maggies Valley where we settled in for the night and hooked up with 2 more friends that live in NC but were from Long Island.Our hotel set us up at a steak house for dinner and we dined in a great semi- private room that was screened in and had a running creek behind us,very nice, WE were just being our loud selves when a couple come in to eat and we said we would tone things down(remember this area is a very Baptist area)and we did for about 10 minutes and then we started getting a little crazy and the couple got up to leave ,we apologized but the man said that we don't take kindle to YOUR kind. I'm gonna call this blog done, do to on going legal actions that occurred from the rest of the nite. DAY 3 DONE...:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft

can we get a young one

ok on to day 2.we wanted to catch a audio tour of the battle fields but after last nites shenigens we got up alittle late and missed the tour.we did ask for a private show(sorry that was last nite again).So off we went no tour.onto rt 30 into rt 81 we made a couple stops at some HD dealers need our fix of dip dots.Into west virginia and thru to virginia when BAM! Construction slowed us down,white line most of the way till we got to a single lane ,the bikes were really hot as was us,so we got onto the shoulder and loe and behold we found a trail for river boating Always up for a look 2 of us went explorering and we found the potamic river with a great water fall.When we walked up back there was a school bus there waiting for the rafts and the other 2 guys had a story about how they befriended the driver and she was showing them her sites(i mean the river sites).ok ready to tackle the traffic and on the way we go.Back onto 81 then over to66 down rt340 and into Skyline drive.Our 1st scenic road and what a road beatiful overlooks,great windy roads but it was alittle too slow and if we were gonna make the big push into tennesse,we had to get off in the middle of the drive and back onto the hwy.which we did.They were mowing the grass in the median and must of spooked a deer because we just missed one in the middle of the highway,we finally stopped at some truck stop in Tennesse near knoxville (we rode a good 500 miles today).We found a hotel,a resturant and a jumping dragon and called it a nite.

Hot Tub Bitch

here are a couple of blogs about our trip to tennessee.The names and face s have been changed to protect the innocent.We started out as five guys leaving Long Island exit 63 to be exact,but it fell to 4 guys quickly,It's ok we still love ya bro.shit happens.After a shitty rainy saturday,our journey sunday morning was great,clear sunny and no traficc until the BQE. Acouple of back roads and were we in the city and smack in the middle of a polynian parade(no manicures were being done today)but we stayed for the buffett.Down the west side highway,thru the holland tunnel and into NJ.Down rt 78 and into Pennsylvania.Then down on rt 15 and into gettysberg.Where we called it a nite.Now I knew about the cival war(shit I slept thru it for about a month)but I really wished i paid attention,especially gettysberg and the blood and now the ghosts.Some of the locals had some cool ghost stories and we wanted to do a ghost tour but one of us is very afraid of supernatural things(like ghosts).We met some very interatsing people in the hotel(henceforth the blog title)and we closed out the local pub(the ginger bread pub).

| why there is road rage | | Ok it was the 1st great warm day of the year,Got home and shit you know where i was on the bike.Enjoying the feel of the sun without chaps, gloves and face mask,What a feeling of serinity.Then came the cagers(cars for non riders).Ok 1st one throws a cigarette out the window ,you guessed it right at me.oops he said before I kicked in his door,ok back to the ride relax oh shit windshield wiper fuid from the car in front,she probably thought I could just put on my windshield wipers to clean my fuckin face.Then at 2 separte lights two assholes who played lets see who can get close to the bike without hitting it,so they can get around me.Well both of them found out what a aaa battery can do.lol.WHY CAN'T PEOPLE JUST RIDE LIKE WE DO.JUST OPEN YOUR EYES AND LOOK.SLOW DOWN AND ENJOY THE RIDE. |

Man where did you go.what a busy month ,which is a blessing not a curse.I started working with 2 new bands,Sisterblind and T.C. kross, got the boot from one project T.E.P. Filmed a tv show in NJ for real rock Tv.Had 2 great shows with Sisterblind and One with T.C. kross.and I noticed in the clubs a scene re- emerging,which is fuckin great.Started planning bike trips,I believe Key west,rocklahoma and the 105 hArley Davidson run are in the future.Meet many cool people and I'm really looking forward to the months ahead.Have fun ,be safe, and enjoy the ride
