Blog Entry: Well, this hasent been a good summer for the bike...seems its being tempremental or something. Just when I get one thing fixed something else goes wrong...Been haveing a bad time with the points and timeing this year,,,just wouldnt stay set. I replaced everything, coil, plugs, adjusted the valves and timeing chain, replaced the points and the wires...ended up being the distributor that went bad...took me weeks to finally figure out the problem...but not it seems to be fixed at least it has been running real well for the last 3 days since I changed out the Distributor. Havent been able to go on to many trips yet this year,,but I am planning on a trip the end of this month. I have been workin on the bike to make sure it will get there and back,,,so far so good,LOL\I hope everyone is haveing a great summer and getting lots of miles in...I hope to be tellin great stories of the bike ride early next month...Till next time,,,keep the wind in your face and the Breeze between your knees,,,,Dawg...GONE
