Blog Entry: Well, it's been a while since I logged on last and been one hell of a ride over the summer in more ways than one. It turned out that DHS stepped in where my son is concerned and they have court ordered my ex to take him to counseling and be placed on ADHD meds, for which they founded him for child neglect. I just got another notice from DHS a week ago that he has been founded again, and they may be removing Isaiah from the home soon (great news).My Grandma became sick, developing giant sores from her diabetes which would not heal. Richie and I moved her in with us, under the care of Hospice, so she would not be alone when she went. On Friday June 13th (my 34th birthday), I got a phone call at 8:30am that my Stepdad had suddenly passed away, at !!am the postman was kind enough to deliver a certified letter stating that I was terminated from my job since the doctor did not get the med cert turned in on time, then to top it all off my Grammy took her last breath at around noon. I have since decided that I will no longer have birthdays, thus keeping me from aging....lol! The good news that since losing my job, i have had a LOT more time to ride which has proven to be good therapy...:o)My "little girl" is starting college this month, and I have never been prouder of her. She is taking Criminal Forensics, since she has decided to become a medical examiner. Yes, it is a moirbid job, but she will be able to afford that fancy retirement villa that I am looking forward to....xD.
