I'm a fairly straight forward person - there are enough folks around who'll walk the rose colored glasses version of life with you if that's what you prefer, I'm just not gonna be one of them. I kinda appreciate the same from those around me - in fact, I expect it. Finesse, tact and class go a long way with me as well. There are plenty of ways to tell someone to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip.
The mind is a terrible thing to waste. :)
I'm a nature nut but not a tree hugger. I have a deep and abiding faith in God but I don't attend church on a regular basis. I'm pretty passionate about my opinions but always welcome a good debate. I'm very forgiving but I never forget. I'm not much of a chocolate eater but every now and again I'd nearly kill for some chocolate Häagen-Dazs or a chocolate dipped strawberry from Godiva.
I love road trips no matter the amount of wheels - but yeah, it takes some miles on two wheels to set the world straight now and again.
I have loved every mile of traveling I've done so far in this life and wouldn't trade moving and living all around and outside the U.S. a couple of times for anything in the world. I absolutely loved experiencing life within different cultures. Hell, even living in Altus, Oklahoma was a bit of a culture shock. Arrive, get told "it's not hell, but you can see hell from here", go to bed, wake up to a tornado warning, hail the size of softballs and the windshield being knocked in by said hail. God bless your hearts, all y'all in tornado alley, I don't know how you stand it year after year!
Spent 4 years in Guam and 3 years in Panama and loved most everything about both. It would be hard to rival the poverty in Panama - even Tiajuana doesn't come close, so I've been told. The rain forest, the macaws that would fill the mango tree in the backyard, the zoo in the rain forest, experiencing the flight of the Monarchs, driving through an immense cloud of bright blue butterflies, the pineapple, having a maid 5 days a week for $80 a month and a Gardner that charged $5 every two weeks! Just a few of the things I loved about Panama. And these are just a few things "about yourself" like it asks.
Is this the part where I say "ta dah!"? :)
