The weather forecast was good all week long, for Saturday. I called Deb (debsmiling) and we agreed to meet at Destination Harley in Tacoma, and head out across to the Olympic Peninsula. Pulled in and the lot was full, apparently a HOG run scheduled; it was chilly even at 10:30, but we left and rode across the Narrows Bridge and past Purdy. There were a lot of riders out, and it began warming by the time we stopped for gas. It was great getting to know one another, she's a lot of fun! We stopped in Shelton for lunch, and ended up flying back up toward Eagle Leather and buying some stickers as well as a few other things. A big hug and I was on my way... it was a wonderful day, made a new friend and riding buddy.
