There was a bike show in Atlanta GA this past weekend and, as is our usual practice, we ventured from TN just for it.  This bike show is really a venue for all the new bikes and I do mean ALL - dirt, ATV's, sport, cruiser.  Bike manufacturers include BMW, Triumph, Honda, Harley, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki and others you may not have even heard of yet.  It's a lot of fun and we always make the effort to be there.

This year it was bitterly cold so not much bike riding was done but the crowds were good.  The best thing for me this year was meeting Matt Hotch.  If you're not familiar with the name, he was one of the builders on Biker Build Off on Discovery channel a few years ago.  He is traveling with Crime Inc. to the various shows and was very friendly and amiable.  Any time I can meet a great lookin' guy - that's my best day.

If you get a chance next year, try to visit.  The website for shows is:  www.motorcycleshows.com.

Have a good one!!!!!!!

Ya that is always a good show.  I did not attend this year because I was tied up with activities with my daughter Kendra on Saturday and then my boys the New England Patriots were playing Sunday.  Glad you enjoyed the show.

So did you see the Yural's?  Those are the Russian bikes that look like old WWII Harley's.  They look really cool but something inside me wonders what the quality is going to be like coming from Russia?  I have seen more of them popping up at swap meets that I go to.
