Commader of the American Legion Riders Post 1 Omaha, Ne. The American Legion needs Veterans and family members to join their local American legion post. I am 6 ft, 225 lbs, size 13 E, green eyes,Biker for Life, I served in the US Navy. I have lost some very good friends and that makes you less prone to let people get too close. I have been conditioned to avoid the pain of losing a good friend. Your life can change in an instant. Every day is a blessing and I want to enjoy each one to the fullest. That sometimes means doing things others would not. Have you ever had a no limits Saturday, trust me you owe it to yourself. Even the simple rules that get imposed on us need to be broken or we will never know our true happiness. I am often way too open minded for many people, I hope you will not attempt to judge me without thinking about how society has brainwashed you into a system of beliefs. If you still raise your hand to get permission you have many walls to break through. I will be waiting on the other side when you are ready to take that next step. Our society has been structured by men to keep control of women. I enjoy women that have realized this and have broken the mold, they might ride their own bike or may have an attitude that says I have the ability to make the choices I want in life. I was actually born in a blizzard in Michigan. Biker born biker bred and when I die I'll be biker dead. I died on the table once and came back, good friends call me Zombie. Favorite quotes "You live more in 5 minutes on a motorcycle at speed than most people do in their entire life" Burt Monroe"

I will die standing and fighting, I will not live on my knees.

This whole biker thing is about freedom and yet so many riders today have no clue. If you are a serious rider we could be friends. If you are prone to wearing flip flops on a bike you will need to look for someone else.

Easy Rider, Big trouble in little China.

British and American rock from the 70's, most other types except hip hop and rap.

I just completed building my own mini cluster supercomputer it has 4 motherboards in one standard PC case. I'm running parallel knoppix a version of Linux. I'm the first kid on my block to have a supercomputer in the basement. My current estimate of GigaFlops is 16. Thats 16 trillion calculations per second. Art, Inventing things, reading, riding.

A farmer had some puppies he needed to sell. He painted a sign advertising the 4 pups. And set about nailing it to a post on the edge of his yard. As he was driving the last nail into the post, he felt a tug on his overalls. He looked down into the eyes of little boy.

"Mister," he said, "I want to buy one of your puppies."

"Well," said the farmer,
As he rubbed the sweat off the back of his neck, "These puppies come from fine parents and cost a good deal of money."

The boy dropped his head for a moment.
Then reaching deep into his pocket,
He pulled out a handful of change
And held it up to the farmer.

"I've got thirty-nine cents.
Is that enough to take a look?"

"Sure," said the farmer.
And with that he let out a whistle.
"Here, Dolly!" he called.

Out from the doghouse and down the ramp ran
Dolly followed by four little balls of fur.

The little boy pressed his face against the chain link fence. His eyes danced with delight.
As the dogs made their way to the fence,

The little boy noticed something else stirring inside the doghouse.

Slowly another little ball appeared this one noticeably smaller. Down the ramp it slid. Then in a somewhat awkward manner, the little pup began hobbling toward the others, doing its best to catch up....

"I want that one," the little boy said, pointing to the runt. The farmer knelt down at the boy's side and said, "Son, you don't want that puppy. He will never be able to run and play with you like these other dogs would."

With that the little boy stepped back from the fence, reached down, and began rolling up one leg of his trousers.

In doing so he revealed a steel brace running down both sides of his leg attaching itself to a specially made shoe.

Looking back up at the farmer, he said,
"You see sir, I don't run too well myself,
And he will need someone who understands."

With tears in his eyes, the farmer reached down and picked up the little pup.
Holding it carefully handed it to the little boy.

"How much?" asked the little boy. "No charge," answered t he farmer, "There's no charge for love."

The world is full of people who need someone who understands.

It's National Friendship Week.

Show your friends how much you care.
Send this to everyone you consider a FRIEND.

If it comes back to you,
Then you'll know you have a circle of friends.
