The Grape Ape - it's a trike that we made in the driveway of a good friend's home. It's nothing fancy, but it's built exactly for me - from the position of the seat, rake of the forks, 50 caliber ammo cans to store my crap, and old steel milk basket to hold my purse.
Past bikes
1983 FXR Shovelhead - which my husband nicknamed the Troublehead. He nailed that one.
Modifications
Oh, it's modified. It started life as a 1974 Super Beetle. We built her from scap airplane sheet metal, angle iron, and various nuts and bolts.
I fight for bikers' rights and individual liberties. And when I have time between that and working, I ride. That's really pretty much it. My husband and I bought some land and put a place up there. We're trying to sell our house in town and get back to some basic living on our land - out in the country, working the land to grow our vegetables and hunting to put meat on the table. We're trying to get out of the "rat race". That'll leave more time to enjoy life and fight legislatively to preserve it. I'm the Legislative Officer for the Virginia Freedom Riders. Check out our website at http://www.vfr-race.com. I also have a website documenting our progress as we attempt to get back to basic living. Check it out at http//www.backtobasicliving.com
