I had a stroke in 2005, left me with a bad limp, and a fairly useless left arm, BUT, Im back riding again! and YEAH it's been a bitch teaching myself how to do EVERYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN! The good side? I lost 70 pounds in 5 months!!
