I am someone that also believes that the good guys win once in a while. I have been out here in divorced land for sometime. And I do not know if there is anyone else out there that is a "match". It seems that I am a little to tame for anyone crazy and to crazy for anyone tame. And the Motorcycle (Harley for the last few years)has been an interest for most of my life. It's not a way of life though. If someone loves Harleys that is fine. But my life is about more than that. It's about hard work,and play. I work about 50 hours a week,pushing a rig. And I still manage to take weekends off. And get home every night. It's about my youngest son (13) who comes to spend the weekend once a month or so,and who has just started riding a dirt bike,and the Ranger that gets us into the area throwing mud in all directions at the time. It's about picking the guitar to whatever song touches me at the time. It's about a long life of dreaming,and living many of those dreams. It's been about Sturgis in 2000,and the R.O.T.rally every year. It's been about tropical storms,long rides,Tyler roses(long story),east Texas two lane roads,and winding your way home after the rains stops. It's about quite movies siting in a dark theater and feeling alone. Not everything in my life is perfect. But I live it in the best way I know how. And till it ends I treasure the chance, and thank God it isn't me with cardboard sign.
