got the bike out and prepped for another season of riding 

had some trouble getting it to start but after cleaning up the electric grounds it turned over

however when it fired i heard what sounded like an exhaust leak at the rear pipe and head

closer inspection and i see the head gasket had blown out on the rear cylinder on the side closest to the pushrod tubes and exhaust flange [sonofabitch... that ain't good]

so now i am in the process of  tearing the rear head off while stiil in the frame (pics to be posted later)

i figure while i got it torn up i might as well as put the 16" rise apes i got for xmas put on it as well
